How to Get 30 FPS Console Smoothness on PC
- Cap your frame rate to 30 FPS.
- Enable Motion Blur in the game’s graphics settings.
- Use a gamepad (controller) if available.
- Connect your PC to a TV for a true console feel.
Monitor Configuration
Fixed Refresh Rate (60Hz/120Hz etc.)
Set your monitor to 30, 60, 90, or 120 Hz and enable V‑Sync in game.
Variable Refresh Rate (G‑Sync/FreeSync)
Enable G‑Sync or FreeSync for tear‑free smoothness.
Key Usage Steps
- Enter your desired FPS and press Apply or Enter.
- Use the Pin button to keep Framepacer on top of your game.
- Use the Start with Windows button to launch Framepacer automatically.

Using frame limiters in online multiplayer games with aggressive anti‑cheat (e.g., EAC, BattlEye, Vanguard) may result in a ban. Use at your own risk.
